REGARDING the XL Bully attack case at Willow Park (see here).
This is more soft rubbish from the courts again.
Who gives a monkeys what the defence said in mitigation? It shouldn’t matter.
Already on bail at the time and not sent down for this one either.
We have an injustice system run by people that fall for every sob story under the sun.
It’s little wonder the streets are roamed by feral kids when punishment is non-existent.
