REGARDING the plans for a huge sculpture to honour the Burtonwood airbase.
Fab idea, fingers crossed this goes through. Living in Burtonwood, I feel this would be a lovely tribute.
Hopefully it’s up so my granddad gets to see it before it’s too late, he always tells me stories about him working at Burtonwood airbase.
