Have traffic wardens disappeared from town centre?

My wife and I park in Birchley Street car park and pay £1.80.

Often we have a coffee in Nero’s.

We see every day that cars park on the pavement right outside and come in for coffee, sit there for half an hour then drive away.

Do they think they are above the law - so they can park anywhere they like while the rest of us have to pay?

About two years ago, a van parked outside delivering stock to Nero’s and he got a ticket.

An honest working man trying to earn a living and he gets penalised.

I haven’t see any traffic wardens since. Where are they?

This is another example of people having no respect for the law.
