WITH regards to recent increased litter reports in St Helens, you could argue more bins are required and more cleaners - but in a civilised society, people would just take their rubbish home with them rather than leave it to blow about or end up in the canal.
Being working class and having no money was never an excuse for being lazy and selfish.
