WE regularly go to the cafe at the World of Glass.

This week we noticed there is a parking charge.

We have been twice in December and did not notice the signs, after all why would you pay to park to have a cup or tea or to go to the library?

Consequently we have received a fine for £100 and will receive another one for going there a week later. So be very careful when visiting here. £60 for two cups of tea. I am really upset.
