SEFTON Park Liverpool played host to the Second Round of The Liverpool and District Cross Country Union on Saturday.
Also incorporating the UKA Cross Challenge Trials and the Mid Lancs and Red Rose Cross Country League Fixtures.
With Great Britain and Northern Ireland International Vests up for grabs for next month's European Cross Country Championships in Turkey, competition was strong throughout all the Races.
St Helens Sutton A.C were represented in various age Groups on a very muddy energy sapping course.
