ST HELENS Sutton AC junior club member Sophia Hunter ran in the Skechers Performance Night Run event held in Dubai.
Taking in the iconic Meydan Royal Bridge and other notable landmarks, Sophia ran in the ladies 3k road race.
Competing against other females in much older age groups, including seniors, Sophia finished an excellent second overall in the very good time of 12 minutes.02 seconds to claim her place on the podium.
