THE final race in the popular Harrock Hill series saw St Helens Sutton A.C athletes well rewarded for their efforts.
In the ladies section of the race Taylor Massey made it a clean sweep of four wins and took the race series outright in a time of 42 minutes 23 seconds.
Next for the ladies was Lily Birkett who finished second lady u23 in a time of 46 minutes 5 seconds, backed up by Siobhan Massey in 50 minutes 20 seconds.
The ladies team finished second on the night.
In the Men's race their were also awards for Chris Birkett who finished 2nd MV45 in a time of 38 minutes 23 seconds and Michael Brussels who finished 2nd MU23 in 42 minutes 15 seconds.
Meanwhile the final fixture in the Cheshire track and field League took place at Oldham, in the senior women's 200 metres Abby Newham ran 29 seconds and in the Under 17 women Heather Grant posted a time of 28 seconds.
Daisy Halton and Rebekah Goddard both ran in the Under 15s 100 metres, Daisy running 13.1 seconds and Rebekah 14.1 seconds.
While in the under 13s Sophie Hunter ran the 800 metres in 2 minutes 41 seconds and Melissa Goddard ran 3.02.6 minutes.
Melissa Goddard also putted the shot 5.30 metres.
In the Under 17s men's 100 metres Ethan Vine, James Asson and Archie Cooper provided the club with a 1 2 3, running 11.5 seconds, 11.7 seconds and 11.9 seconds respectively.
Archie Cooper and Ethan Vine threw the Javelin 3.90 metres and 18.11 metres.
In the Under 15s 200 metres Joel Hatton ran 27.4 seconds, Jamie Hughes 30.9 seconds and Noah Hamill 29 seconds.
In the 800 metres Joel Hatton ran 2 minutes 20.5 seconds and Noah Hamill 2.32.6 minutes.
While in the long jump Jamie Hughes jumped 3.72 metres and Noah Hamill 4.01 metres.
In the Under 13s 100 metres Oliver Sharp was a winner in 14.3 seconds, ably backed up by Lucas Vine in 15.4 seconds, Woody Kelly 15.8 seconds, James Goddard 16.7 seconds and Daniel Halton in 19.0 seconds.
The 1500 metres saw Woody Kelly, Lucas Vine and James Goddard competing for the club.
Returning times of 5.49.40 minutes, 5.51.10 minutes and 6.05.90 minutes respectively.
The 4x100 metres team won the event and finally in the shotput Lucas Vine threw 5.55 metres, Oliver Sharpe 4.35 metres, James Goddard 4.28 metres, Daniel Halton 3.75 metres and Woody Kelly 3.23 metres.
