- Saints led 10-0 at half-time with tries from Makinson and Dodd. The contest was put to bed with two tries in 10 minutes at the start of the second half from Dodd and Clark. Whitley and Burns added their names to the try-scoring sheet while Fash was in the sin bin. Passi stormed over and Burns added his second, with Makinson adding seven conversions. Walker crossed for a Hull consolation try in the 79th minute
