SAINTS are among the organisations affected by the global IT outage that has occurred today.
But they have now confirmed that they will be operating as usual in the stadium, with card only payments inside, on the concourses, and for entry on our turnstiles. Cash and card will be accepted at the Stadium Ticket Office.
However, they have warned fans not to forget their tickets or passes.
They state: "Please be aware that if you forget your ticket or Membership card, due to the ongoing IT global outage, the Club cannot confirm your booking or Membership at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
"You will be refused entry without your match ticket or Membership card, or booking confirmation."
Pre-purchased ticket collections remain unaffected, supporters can collect their tickets from our Ticket Collection point located next to the Stadium Ticket Office.
The club this morning asked fans to be patient update while everyone waits for the issue to be fixed.
The issue was untimely given Saints' big derby game at home to Warrington Wolves tonight - which led to exceptionally busy phone lines.
Earlier today the club tweeted: "Due to the global IT outages that are currently being experienced, we too are currently experiencing some issues with our ticketing services.
"Our Ticket Office staff are manning the phones as best they can, please bear with us."
