THREE popular former Saints players will take part in a Q&A at the at the Boathouse, Carr Mill on Saturday, 25 May with a 7.30pm start.
The evening has been organised by former 1970s and 80s Saints and Great Britain scrum half Neil Holding – a man who is at home on the mic as he was at the base of the scrum.
He is joined by fellow former Saints Paul Loughlin and Tommy Martyn.
Long-striding Great Britain test centre Loughlin played 297 times for his hometown Saints, scoring 80 tries, kicking 842 goals for a tally of 2004 points before being sent to Bradford as part of the Paul Newlove swap deal.
Tommy Martyn is another Saints legend who played in some key moments in the club’s transformation from the winter game to the kings of the summer era between 1993-2003.
All three can give a great insight into their playing careers – and do so with plenty of wit, so a cracking night is in store.
Tickets cost £15, including hotpot supper, are selling fast and available from the venue.
