SAINTS will have to have checks on two packmen following last night's defeat at Hull FC.
Curtis Sironen (tight hamstring) and Morgan Knowles (hip) both came off during the game and did not return.
Coach Paul Wellens said: "Curtis Sironen will need to get checked out.
"He had a tight hamstring at the start of the second half so he’ll have a scan to assess the damage."
Knowles, who started the game at nine, was also in the wars.
"He came off with a hip problem in the second half that he was struggling to get moving with, the intention was to get him out there at the back end of the second half.
"But he was carrying something there and after discussions with the medical staff we were not confident he was carrying something that could be made worse so with that in mind we decided to keep him off the field.
"Again it is one that we have to look at in the week," Wellens said.
