St Helens Swimmers
THE hot and humid poolside atmosphere at Salford didn’t prevent some superb swims from St Helens Swimming Club on Sunday.
Oliver Crosby led the way with gold medals in the 50m Freestyle and 50m Backstroke as well as silver in the 100m Individual Medley.
Alicia Ashton struck gold in the 100m Breaststroke adding a silver in the 50m Breaststroke and bronze in the 100m Freestyle.
Hayden Battle stormed to victory in the 100m Backstroke having taken bronze in the 100m Breaststroke.
There were also some good performances from Henry Harrison, Mia Percy and Josh Barker with numerous Personal Best times.
