SAINTS have three injury concerns ahead of Saints' clash with Widnes on Friday.
There are question marks over Ben Barba (knee), Tommy Makinson (knee) and Ryan Morgan (head knock).
If Barba is not fit, Jonny Lomax will go to full back with Theo Fages into the halves.
Saints boss Justin Holbrook said: "Benny is ok, but we are just not sure. He did not train today and he won't train tomorrow.
"He is cleared of any serious damage, but has copped another bump on his knee.
"If he is right he will play on Friday, because we don't rest players for no reason, but if he is not he won't play.
"There is no major concern - if he does not play it will only be for a week.
"He puts high expectations on himself, but he is not 100 per cent at the moment.
"He is a hard marker and as I said after the game I should have taken him off earlier. He just had an awkward twist when he made that break in that first half.
"Tommy Makinson got a knock on his knee and obviously Ryan Morgan came off with a head knock, so we wont be sure of all three until later in the week."
Holbrook said that if Makinson is not passed fit, Adam Swift will slot back in. Should Morgan and Makinson not be right, then Matty Costello will also get a shot in the centres.
There is positive news with Kyle Amor set for a return after missing the last two games with a groin injury.
