SAINTS are delighted to have signed a significant partnership with sports apparel manufacturer O’Neills Sportswear.
The First Utility Super League Champions have agreed a three-year deal to supply professional kit, trainingwear and leisurewear to the club.
The partnership will see all playing and backroom staff wearing O’Neills Sportswear branded clothing and professional kit as well as a large range of retail wear made available for the club’s supporters.
As official kit supplier O’Neills, whose motto is ‘The Choice of Champions’, will also refit the Saints Superstore at Langtree Park.
Dave Hutchinson, Head of Sales and Marketing at Saints, said: “We are delighted to have entered into an agreement which such a forward thinking and customer focused company.
“O’Neills are already well established in Rugby League and will offer flexibility and innovation to our retail offering.
“Merchandising at a club level needs to be able to offer a variety of different products and promotions to our fans at different times during the season.
“We are confident that our new partnership with O’Neills will keep the club superstore and online store full of new ranges that our fans will enjoy throughout the year.
“We have some exciting plans for our partnership which we will be announcing in the coming weeks.”
O’Neills Irish International Sports Co. Ltd. was founded in 1918 by Charles O’Neills as a manufacturer of Gaelic Footballs and it is now the largest Sportswear manufacturer in the British Isles as well as having manufacturing facilities in Dublin and Strabane.
The brand has become synonymous with the production of team kits, footballs and hurling balls for Gaelic games but is fast becoming a major supplier to rugby and soccer clubs across Ireland, the UK, Europe and America.
They employ more than 560 people and are the official sportswear provider to the GAA as well as supplying kit, trainingwear and leisurewear to Widnes Vikings and London Irish RFC.
