Festival organisers have pulled out all the stops with an eclectic line-up for this year's V Festival, headed by The Strokes, Muse, Dido and The Pixies.
Back with a vengeance on 21 and 22 August to Weston Park, Staffordshire, and Hylands Park, Chelmsford, only day tickets for Weston Park are now available.
A modern day phenomenon, The Strokes have gone from strength to strength, solidly stamping their mark on the rock world and beyond.
Their second album 'Room On Fire' was hailed a 'masterpiece' and praised with rave reviews across the board making the New York boys the iconic crossover rock act of the new millennium.
The epitome of modern British rock, Muse have brought extravagance back into the genre.
The main stage also boasts Snow Patrol, The Charlatans, Faithless, Pink, Athelete, the Divine Comedy, NERD, The Thrills, Badly Drawn Boy, Jamie Cullen and Kosheen, all acts undoubtedly top of their game.
