EURO MP Terry Wynn is once again warning holidaymakers about the amount of cigarettes and tobacco they bring into the UK.
HM Customs guidelines state you can bring back into the UK 3,200 cigarettes but they must be for personal use.
This applies to all countries in the EU with the exception of Spain as Spanish authorities will only allow you to take 800 cigarettes out of the country. Anything above this will be confiscated.
Terry said: "My office are currently dealing with a number of cases where people have had goods confiscated and heavy fines imposed".
