BATTING first against Goodlass on Saturday, Eccleston struggled on an awkward wicket. Cross top scored with 19, the only other batsmen to reach double figures were Roberts (15) and French (10) with Eccleston all out for 73.
The best Goodlass bowler was Smith with 3/12.
When Goodlass came to the crease it was no different for them with only Gardener (31) and Li (10) reaching double figures but they scraped to victory reaching 76/8.
Eccleston's bowling was shared between Gornall 3/13, Holden 2/12 and Creak 2/20.
On Sunday, Eccleston travelled to Stretton, and batting first the homesters amassed a total of 157/7.
Top scorers were Nesbit (57), Northolt (42no) and Mullins (28).
The pick of the Eccleston bowlers, who toiled away in the heat, were Ashton 2/37 and Gornall 2/41.
This was a difficult task for Eccleston only Ellis (36) Gornall (10) and French (8) contributing before Eccleston were all out for 88 giving Stretton victory.
Stretton's best bowlers were Weisenson 5/10 and Mullins 4/6.
