I HAVE had an avid interest in Rugby League for all of my sporting life and to say I was disgusted to read that Martin Gleeson had been transferred to Warrington with the club coach Ian Millward knowing 'nothing about it' (as he stated) leaves me as with the majority of the Saints supporters I feel sure, with disgust.
It may well be the club had very good reasons for getting rid of Gleeson, but with statements that the club is financially sounder than at any time over the last 10 years, it wants some swallowing.
I would bet that the majority of Saints supporters would agree with me when I say that Millward has had more trophies come Saints way than any other coach.
