CULTURE vultures of all ages are for a real treat over the coming months as Warrington Pyramid and Parr Hall announces a new and exciting spring season.
The hilarious Comedy Store is back with resident compere Justin Moorhouse, introducing some big names on the comedy circuit.
His Phoenix Nights' sidekick Dave Spikey (aka Jerry St Clair) is also back by popular demand with his new live show 'Living The Dream'.
Continuing with the comedy theme, Blackadder's Tony Robinson performs his Cunning Night Out in January, followed by the critically acclaimed Steve Day who presents 'Deaf in the Evening' in February.
Music fans can get into the swing of things with ex-Manfred Mann members, The Blues Band in January, young musicians can showcase their talents in our popular Plugged event and the Glen Miller Orchestra are set to delight audiences in March.
Next season also presents a fantastic array of drama productions including 'Stones in his Pockets' direct from the West End, Shoestring Theatre Company's '50 Feet and Falling', 'Hull Truck's 'Kissing Married Women' and Red Ant Theatre's 'Groping For Words'.
For those interested in art, there are plenty of opportunities to meet with local artists in February and to be captivated by photography, large-scale sculpture, and scrap metal in exhibitions throughout Spring.
Dance fans will be delighted with contemporary offerings from Transitions dance company, along with an exciting blend of dance, design and music from disabled local performers 'Reactivate'.
