WE have teamed up with Knowsley Safari Park to give our readers jumbo holiday japes with half price entry to the attraction over half-term.
The 550-acre park on the Earl of Derby's estate has been one of the region's top all day attractions for more than thirty years, offering a unique five-mile safari drive along roads lined with exotic animals from all over the globe.
Top attractions include the two mischievous elephant toddlers, Ashanti and Nala, who can be seen in the jumbo nursery. There are rhinos, camels, buffalo, bison, lions, tigers, zebra, baboons, monkeys, deer, wallabies, otters and many more.
Don't miss the sealion and exotic bird shows, fun fair rides and the walk-around animal area.
Knowsley Safari Park is open daily from 10am and tickets cost £9.50 for adults and £6.50 for children, with a family ticket on offer at £28 for two adults and two children.
To claim your half price admission, simply hand the voucher printed in this week's Star in to staff when you enter the park.
