MORE than 100 residents and businessmen in the West Park ward voted drug crime, youths hanging around in groups, and litter, as the three areas they would like police to focus on.
The meeting was part of the Home Office-led National Reassurance project, being piloted in St Helens, which aims to reduce the fear of crime and give communities a say on issues police need to tackle.
