AT quarter past eight last Friday night when Leeds went in for a second try many spectators would be forgiven for thinking back to Headingley last year.
But we showed a lot of spirit as a group after such a poor start to give ourselves a realistic chance of winning the game but unfortunately we couldn't convert our second half pressure into points.
I have heard a lot of people complain about the referee this week, and maybe a few key decisions went to the Rhinos but that's rugby league.
And I have no doubt in my mind that we'll get a healthy slice of good luck this year.
It was just so frustrating when you can barely breathe from exhaustion and you find yourself having to defend again because of a controversial decision.
I thought we missed Wello at the weekend, who was really ill.
He must have been as he didn't eat for several days and I can guarantee after drinking cups of tea, eating is one of Wello's favourite pastimes.
I thought Ian Hardman had a good game in his place and showed huge promise for the future.
This week we play a Huddersfield side led by Jon Sharp.
Sharpy is proving to be one of the best young coaches in the league and I can now confirm that the words 'young' and 'Jon Sharp' will never be used in the same sentence again!
It should be a really tough game and I predict a massive battle in the forwards and a huge collision between the backs and maybe the coaches might have a little tussle as well.
In other words its going to be a challenging evening and one I look forward to.
