AN initiative has been launched to collect toys for children in need.
Miller Homes is working with Koala North West to open its sales point in Rainford as a drop-off location for Christmas toy donations.
The scheme aims to support the charity's toy appeal, making sure children in hardship can enjoy the festive season.
From November 26 to December 13, Stapleton Derby Estate & Letting Agents in Rainford, in partnership with Miller Homes North West, will take in donations of new, unwrapped toys from the public.
These will be handed over to Koala North West to aid their efforts for family well-being across the region.
To increase the impact, Miller Homes has pledged to match all public toy donations from each location.
They will also add to the collection with an assortment of toys gathered by head office staff.
Koala North West, based in Wirral, is a charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and families across the area.
Their mission is to offer practical help and emotional support to those in need, empowering families to overcome challenges and thrive.
Through their Christmas campaign, the charity ensures children who might otherwise go without are able to wake up to a thoughtful gift on Christmas morning.
Clare Noakes, Miller Homes' sales director for the north west, said: "Christmas is a time for giving, and we’re thrilled to support Koala North West in their mission to help children in need.
"Our local communities have always shown incredible generosity, and with Miller Homes matching donations, we hope to make an even greater impact.
"Together, we can ensure more children wake up to a magical Christmas morning."
Donations can be made at Stapleton Derby Estate & Letting Agents Rainford, Church Road, St Helens, WA11 8HD, Thursday to Monday from 9am to 5pm.
Miller Homes urges all donors to ensure the safety of the recipients by contributing new and unwrapped toys.
