A pre-Christmas model railway show is coming to Rainhill.
The Rainhill Model Railway Club is hosting the event on Saturday, November 30.
From 10am to 5pm, people can enjoy the annual Christmas Model Railway Show at Rainhill High School.
The event, which attracts more than 500 people each year, will feature 19 different model layouts, all varying in scale.
There will also be a club shop and independent traders selling various items, including train sets.
The Merseyside & SW Lancashire 009 Narrow Gauge Group will showcase their layouts, providing trade support and demonstrations.
Admission covers both exhibitions and costs £5 for adults and £6 for children, with the latter including a visit to Santa and a small gift.
Santa will be present for the day only, having flown in from Lapland.
The event, on the A57 about a mile from Rainhill Station, will have directional signs in the surrounding area.
Refreshments will be available, and the venue is fully accessible.
A free vintage bus service will operate throughout the day, linking the exhibition venue, Weaver Avenue, Rainhill Station, and the North West Museum of Road Transport.
