A MAN has been fined and handed a restraining order after pleading guilty to stalking offences.

Between the dates of May 22 and July 11, Kamil Zielinski is reported to have "pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking" of a woman in St Helens.

Zielinski, 29, of Bourne Gardens, St Helens, is said to have "known or ought to have known" that his conduct amounted to harassment, particularly as he attended the victim's home address unannounced while "knowing [he was] unwelcome at the address".
