SOME households are experiencing poor water pressure due to a "technical issue" today.
Some residents in St Helens have received alerts from United Utilities about the issue on Thursday, November 21.
Those affected include residents in the Eccleston area.
The water company says it has sent a team to the area to deal with the matter.
A spokesperson for United Utilities said they expect the issue to be "quickly resolved" for customers affected.

A United Utilities spokesperson said: “A technical issue has meant that some customers have experienced poor pressure today (Thursday).
"We have a team on the way and expect this to be quickly resolved.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
