A WOMAN has appeared in court charged with being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
Emma Bradley, of Kimberley Avenue, Thatto Heath, appeared before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court on Friday, November 15.
According to a court sheet outlining the details of the charge, Bradley was allegedly in charge of an XL grey bully, Biggie, which was dangerously out of control at an address on April 8 this year, and caused injury to a female.

Before magistrates, the 46-year-old defendant indicated a guilty plea to the charge of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
She was remanded on unconditional bail.
Her defence was ordered to serve a dog expert report ahead of Bradley’s next court hearing, scheduled for January 28, 2025.
