A MAN accused of stealing air conditioning units from a pub has appeared in court.
Cosmos Scutaru, 33, went before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, November 6.
He is charged with the theft.
The defendant stands accused of stealing three ait conditioning units from the Foresters Arms, on Main Street, in Billinge, on June 6 this year.

During the hearing, magistrates sent the case to Liverpool Crown Court.
Scutaru, of Fairfield Road, Droylsden, Manchester, was granted conditional bail until his next scheduled court appearance on Wednesday, December 4.
