TWO men charged in connection with an alleged attack have made a court appearance.
Adam Goodier, 25, and Callum Hardman, 21, appeared before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, November 6.
Goodier, of HMP Altcourse, is charged with causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent to a male on June 12 this year in the area of Chiltern Road and Southport Street, in Parr.
Goodier is also charged with violent disorder and possession of a bladed article in a public place, namely a machete.

Meanwhile, Hardman has been charged with wounding with intent in connection with the alleged incident.
He is also charged with violent disorder.
Magistrates sent the case to Liverpool Crown Court, where the defendants are next due to appear on Wednesday, December 4.
Goodier has been remanded in custody until then, while Hardman was granted conditional bail.
