Delays on the M6 are easing (Image: PA)
I’m THERE have been delays on the M6 this morning after an object was lying on the motorway.
Traffic reports state that the incident affected the M6 Southbound from A49 Winwick Link Road, Newton-le-Willows, to J21A M62 junction 10 at the Croft Interchange earlier on Monday morning.
All lanes have now reopened and congestion to junction 23 at Haydock is easing.
All lanes have been re-opened, traffic monitoring service Inrix has reported.
