TWO mystery men, known only as Mr. H and Mr. P from Merseyside, have both won big on The National Lottery, in the space of just over a week.
Mr H landed £377,211.50 after matching the five main numbers and one Lucky Star number in the EuroMillions draw on Tuesday, October 15.
The lucky winner, who played a personal selection of random numbers, plans to use the money for his retirement.
Just a week later, Mr. P won £1,000,000 after matching the five main numbers and the Bonus Ball in the Lotto draw on Wednesday, October 23.
The Merseyside locals have become two of over 9m players that win each week on The National Lottery’s range of games. They opted to remain anonymous, but release some details through partial publicity.
Andy Carter, senior winners' advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said: "We are so excited for Mr. H and Mr.P who have both landed a life-changing sum on The National Lottery.
"Merseyside is clearly a lucky place to live for our players. Huge congratulations!"
