A HALLOWE’EN loving couple whose show-stopping Beetlejuice-themed Halloween display has successfully hit its £1,500 fundraising target to make Christmas wishes come true for local children.

With support from Wickes and other local businesses, Louise and Vinny Towler transformed their home with donated products, creating an incredible attraction that brought the community together for a great cause.

The couple’s captivating display, handcrafted with dedication and artistry, invites the community to experience a spooky Halloween atmosphere while supporting children in need.

Thanks to donations and the Wickes Community Programme—which supplied materials like expanding foam for their impressive ‘claw’ sculpture—Louise and Vinny once again turned their home into a must-visit Halloween destination.

Each year, the couple dedicates countless hours to crafting spooky scenes from scratch, transforming their home into a must-see attraction that invites the community to join in the spirit of giving.

Last year, their efforts raised £1,400, fulfilling the holiday wishes of 20 children, supporting elderly care home residents, and donating £400 to the local food bank. With this year’s goal achieved, Louise and Vinny are thrilled to spread even more holiday cheer—and additional donations will help them do even more for the community!

Louise said: “Every year, my husband and I build our Halloween displays from scratch to raise money for children who might not receive Christmas presents.

“This year, we needed a lot of spray foam and materials to create the claw and characters, so we reached out to Wickes Warrington for help.

“Andy Ludgate generously donated 12 tins of spray foam, which allowed us to complete everything. Without Andy and the Wickes Community Programme, we wouldn't have been able to finish the display.

“Everyone is welcome to visit the Beetlejuice house, come in, take pictures and videos and enjoy the trip with your family.”

Andrew Ludgate, Store Manager at Wickes Warrington, said: ”We are incredibly proud to have contributed products to support this local couple in their efforts to raise money for children in the community.

“It's inspiring to see how our donations are being used to create something that not only brings the Halloween spirit to life but also makes a meaningful difference for families in need”.
