A TRIAL date has been set for a man and a woman who have denied a charge of burglary.
Robert Harrison and Natasha Foster, both of Junction Lane, Sutton, appeared before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 18.
Harrison, 53, and Foster, 41, are charged with burglary of a dwelling.
They are accused of entering a property in Haydock, as a trespasser on June 15 this year and stealing property.

Both defendants had pleaded not guilty to the charge in a hearing on June 17.
Before district judge James Hatton, an application hearing was heard at the court.
A trial was scheduled for Monday, November 18 at the magistrates' court, which is expected to last for around three hours.
