A care home has achieved a 'Good' rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) after an unannounced inspection.

The report, following the June visit, highlighted St Helens Hall Care Home's commitment to safeguarding, describing the team as "kind, caring, and compassionate."

The inspection included feedback from residents and their families, who praised the care team for treating residents with "dignity and respect" and addressing their immediate needs promptly.

St Helens Hall, part of the Sandstone Care Group, is one of nine homes owned by the group.

The 94-bed facility offers general residential care, specialised dementia care, and short-term respite stays.
