ONE of the world's leading Oasis tributes will play a sold out show in St Helens this weekend, amid the ongoing excitement of the Britpop band's reunion.
Following the tumultuous break-up of Oasis back in 2009, Definitely Oasis is one of the tribute bands who have filled the void for fans desperately wanting a bit of nostalgia and to hear their iconic Britpop tunes live on stage.
While there have been many Oasis tribute bands since the Gallagher brother's split, Definitely Oasis is certainly of premium calibre as the band has sold out huge venues across the UK and performed in Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
And while some might say it is a difficult time to be in an Oasis tribute band after the Gallagher brothers announced a 2025 world tour, their tribute acts can capitalise on this revived excitement and provide those fans who couldn't grab a ticket with the next best thing.

With Oasis set to reunite for the first time in 16 years next July, Definitely Oasis is in the midst of a huge UK tour that runs from October until June.
Giving people across the country the taste of Oasis before the band reunites, their tour comes to the Citadel Theatre in St Helens this weekend, with a sold out show on Saturday, October 19.
Following a new partnership with a national concert promoter last year, which breathed new life into the historic venue, the Citadel has been hosting an array of exciting events over the past few months.
With a range of tribute bands, original acts, and comedy shows, the Definitely Oasis is one of the biggest audiences that the Theatre has experienced for a while, and will certainly be one to remember.
