Hot Water Comedy Club is hosting a special night to support Zoe's Place, a baby hospice in Liverpool.
The West Derby-based hospice provides crucial care for infants and children up to the age of five.
However, it faces closure by Christmas unless it can raise £5 million to secure a new location.
The comedy night, to be held on October 28, will feature an all-star line-up including John Bishop, Jason Manford, and Russell Kane.
Other comedians set to perform include Iain Stirling, Adam Rowe, Jamie Hutchinson, and Dan Nightingale.
The club hopes this initiative will help contribute towards the amount needed to save the much-loved hospice.
Hot Water Comedy's Paul Blair said: "As soon as we heard about the situation with Zoe’s Place, Hot Water and all the local comedians were keen to help.
"It was a matter of calling and texting around, and within 30 minutes the line-up was sorted – everyone jumped at the chance."
The show, to be held in Hot Water's 589-seat theatre, has already sold out.
However, comedy fans worldwide can still participate in the cause, as the event will be live-streamed for free on the Hot Water Comedy YouTube channel.
Mr Blair added: "It’s shocking that a charity like Zoe’s Place, which means so much to Liverpool and cares for babies and children, is in this position.
"We’re aiming to make as much noise as possible with the live stream.
"While the event is all about raising awareness and encouraging donations, we didn’t want to make it inaccessible for people who want to help but might not be able to donate.
"By live streaming the evening for free we hope it means anyone who can’t donate can still get involved and do their bit by sharing it as much as possible."
Zoe’s Place, founded in 1995, is one of only three hospices in the UK that specialises in caring for very young children.
The hospice offers a state-of-the-art sensory room, a hydrotherapy pool, an outdoor play area, and a bereavement suite for families to stay overnight.
However, the lease on its current site is set to expire in 2025 and plans for a new building have been thwarted by delays in planning permission and increased construction costs.
This has left the hospice facing a closure announcement by the end of the year.
A city-wide campaign has been launched, with individuals and businesses rallying to support the hospice.
The October 28 comedy night follows another sold-out fundraiser with a similar line-up of comedians.
