Well known for its tasty butties, hearty breakfasts, and rice and pasta options, Mayfair was taken over by the current owners in early 2023 and the West End Road venue has been "extensively refurbished" in recent years.

With a small eat in space and fully equipped kitchen, the current owners are looking for a full time owner to build on the "solid foundations" of the business, which has been placed on the market for £19,950.
