PLANS have been drawn up seeking to create another two apartments at a prominent town centre building.

Proposals for the creation of two one-bedroom apartments at Rexmore House, on Cotham Street, St Helens have been sent to council planners.

Meanwhile, a separate application for the removal of the existing shopfronts and the formation of new ground floor façade has also been submitted by the applicant.

The plans are an accompaniment to a previous application submitted last year for the creation of nine one-bedroom residential apartments at Rexmore House, which were given the green light.

The building was formerly the home of St Helens County Court.
