DRIVERS are being warned of delays on a busy stretch of motorway this morning following an accident.
The incident happened on the M6 Southbound at junction 22, Winwick Link Road, Newton-le--Willows.
Traffic monitoring service Inrix reports there are queues due to the incident.
This is causing congestion back to junction 26, at the Orrell Interchange.
