POLICE who issued an appeal to trace a woman last seen at Rainford High School say she has been found.
Officers were "growing increasingly worried" about Gillian Edward, who had gone missing today.
Gillian, known as Gill, had last been seen at 8am on Monday, October 7 at Rainford High School.
She is white, 53 years old, slim build, five ft ten ins with long brown hair. She is likely to be wearing gym clothing and is with her cream labradoodle dog Daizy.

Police said Gillian was driving a grey Ford Kuga.
She has links to St Helens, Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Burscough and Liverpool.
In an update issued shortly after 8pm this evening, Skelmersdale Police said: "We asked for your help earlier to find missing Gillian Edward and we are pleased to say that she and her dog Daizy have now been found.
"Many thanks to all of you who helped by sharing our appeal or coming forward with information - your assistance was invaluable.
"Have yourself a safe and peaceful evening and look out for each other."
