MOTORISTS are being warned of delays on the Knowsley Expressway this morning due to an obstruction on the road.
The expressway southbound is partially blocked, according to traffic monitoring service Inrix.
The obstruction is affecting the road between M57 J1 at Tarbock Island to the A562 Speke Road, Hale Bank.
Congestion is stretching back to the M57 junction 2 at Prescot.
