PLANS have been drawn up seeking to convert a light industrial unit into a gym.
Proposals seeking to convert a warehouse at Canal Bank Industrial Park, on Navigation Road, Pocket Nook, have been sent to the council.
Permission is sought for a change of use from B2 class (light industrial) to "Function Fitness Gym" at 9 Canal Bank Industrial Park.
An application form states: "There will be no commercial machines and no changes within the building or to the fabric of the building".

Plans say there will remain eight parking spaces and there will be one full-time employee at the facility.
The applicant is listed as Everyday Athlete Coaching Ltd.
The plans are on standard consultation to the public until Thursday, October 17.
Council planners are expected to decide on the application by November 6.
