AN APPLICATION has been made seeking permission to use a property as a children's home.
Proposals have been sent to St Helens Council planners for a house on Sandhurst Road, Rainhill.
The applicant is seeking permission for a change of use of the property to a children's home and a single-storey rear extension.
In the plans, a Noise Officer has expressed no objection to the proposals.
