Owner of Nirvana coffee shop launches 'Beach Bum Tanning and Beauty'

Fulfilling a long-held dream to open a coffee shop, Lindsey Pye launched 'Nirvana' on Lowfield Lane in 2016 and has built the built the business into a well-known and well-loved venue in Sutton.

With a wide range of breakfast and lunch options, Nirvana has been twice named as the Star's 'Best for Afternoon Tea', and after the growing success of the coffee shop, Lindsey decided she wanted to expand her business collection and branch into the beauty industry.

The decision was made once another unit on Lowfield Lane became available, and with the help of her partner Simon, Lindsey launched 'Beach Bum Tanning & Beauty' on Tuesday, August 20.

The studio has a range of tanning and cosmetic services (Image: Lindsey Pye) Aiming to cater to a wide range of customers, Beach Bum Tanning & Beauty provides various beauty services in Sutton.

The venue provides a tanning salon and nail technicians, and offers cosmetic services such as facial, eyebrows, and lips services.

Speaking about the business, Lindsey's partner Simon said: "The idea came about after the shop became available and we thought we would give it a go and create something new and create new jobs for the people of St Helens.

"We have invested quite a bit of money in getting this right and we think it will be a really good addition to the area, as there isn't this kind of offering in the immediate area.

"We are just aiming to establish ourselves now and get the word out."
