THERE are lane closures on the M6 near Haydock Island due to a crash.
Two lanes have been closed following the incident on the M6 northbound, from junctions 23 to 24.
There are traffic delays in the area due to this.

Live traffic tracker INRIX states as of 11.30am: "Two lanes closed and slow traffic due to accident on M6 Northbound from J23 A580 East Lancashire Road (Haydock) to J24 A58 Liverpool Road (Ashton In Makerfield)."
