A TOWN centre pub is on the market for a reduced asking price.
The Star reported back in May that the Wheatsheaf pub, on Westfield Street, was up for sale, then with an asking price of £225,000.
The venue is being marketed by leisure property specialists Fleurets.
It is currently listed on property website Rightmove for an asking price of offers over £110,000.
The property size is 1,636 sq ft.
The "wet led" pub has open plan space, a beer garden, a large-single storey extension and a two-bed bed private flat above.

The listing says the property "may suit alternative use STP (subject to planning permission)".
A description of the property states: "A two-storey, end terrace property with rendered and painted elevations under a pitched slate roof.
"There is a large single storey extension to the rear, together with an enclosed beer garden."
