THOUSANDS poured into Sherdley Park to dance the day - and night - away as Reminisce Festival returned to St Helens for a tenth time on Saturday.

The nostalgic dance festival has soared in popularity since launching as a small event in 2014.

This year the one-day show was expected to attract crowds of 25,000 people, many who travel from towns and cities across the north west.

With more than 10 acts across seven stages, it is a huge celebration of old school nostalgia and classic dance and pop tunes.

When our photographer toured the site there was a friendly, party atmosphere with visitors dancing in the giant tents and surrounding open spaces.

Here are some of the faces in the crowd who we picked out.
