AN EIGHTEEN-YEAR-OLD man from Knowsley has been charged with wounding and possession of a knife after a disturbance at an address.

Police have charged Logan Brown, of Ribblers Lane, Knowsley, in connection with an incident in Kirkby on Monday night, September 2.

Brown has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of a knife.

The 18-year-old has also been charged with aggravated burglary and criminal damage.

At around 8.20am on Monday, September 2, officers were called to an address in Hobart Drive, Tower Hill, Kirkby, to reports of a man trying to force entry, having allegedly been chased by a group of males.

A woman was found with arm injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. She has since been released.

Brown was remanded into custody to appear at Wirral Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday, September 4.
