A certificate of lawfulness is a means of obtaining a decision from a planning authority that a proposed use or works do not require planning permission.
HMOs are single properties that have at least three tenants living there, who share a toilet, bathroom, or kitchen facilities.
The applicant is listed as GG-718-287 Limited.
A decision by council planners is expected by October 14.
